Hermia. One Touch of Murder (New York: Arcadia House, c1953) 224
p.
In
the small western town of Caselton the public library is normally
quiet. The librarian is Miss Cora Lindall, a small woman with a
cultured sounding but sometimes cold voice. Miss Cora is assisted by
the beautiful Helene Cabell and the untidy Lotta Smith. The library
becomes much less quiet when a reader and then Larry, the “boy
helper,” are murdered.
